The Hill-Quinn Legacy Grant has been established by the founders of The Supply Hive, Zakariyah Hill and Aaliyah Quinn.

These two black women have identified a need to create opportunities to further uplift and support their community in Des Moines, IA. In the summer of 2020, Hill and Quinn realized this goal through the formation of their non-profit, The Supply Hive, which works to create long-lasting infrastructure for economic, environmental and social

advancement in the greater Des Moines area.

This grant has been created to fund young individuals who identify as Black, African American, or of African descent, and are working to establish their legacy in the Black community. We understand the incredible scope of talent, drive and dedication within Des Moines and aim to recognize this through direct financial support.

7 awardees will be granted $700 in order to aid with their personal mission to uplift their community and leave a legacy of their own. An outside group of panelists will be hand-picked in order to determine the winners.
